Cancelling Orders Before Shipment
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or any time before it has been shipped, whichever comes first.
To request a cancellation, please reach out to our customer support team via email.
For orders that qualify, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders Already Shipped
We’re unable to process cancellations for orders that have already been shipped. However, you can submit a return request after delivery, following the instructions in our Return & Refund Policy.
Modifying Orders
We currently do not allow changes to items, quantities, or shipping addresses after an order has been placed. If you wish to make adjustments, you’ll need to cancel the order (if it qualifies) and place a new one.
